Attendee does not represent any insurance company individual corporation or any other entity in the defense of any injury or wrongful death matters.

Attendee does not work within a firm where any of the attorneys in the firm represent an insurance company individual corporation or any other entity in the defense of any injury or wrongful death matters.

Attendee does not subscribe to any defense-only bar organizations and/or listservs.
